DIRECTIONS to BODY IN MOTION studio

Route 95/128:
North to South - Route 95/128 South to Exit 21B (Route 16 West, Wellesley)
1. At traffic light make a right onto Route 16W.
2. Proceed on Route 16W for 2.5 miles until the intersection of Route 16W and Kingsbury Street. (There is a Mobile Station on the right)
    Take a right onto Kingsbury street.
3. At the first traffic light take a left onto Linden Street and proceed 4/10 of a mile.
4. Body in Motion (159 Linden Street) is on the left, in a brown, 3 story building, directly accross the street from the Citgo Gas Station.
5. To Park: At the traffic lights take a left into the parking lot located behind the building. Enter through the rear entrance. There is a door
    with a blue awning that says "159". Body in Motion is on the 2nd floor.
South to North - Route 95/128 North to Exit 21 (Route 16, Newton/Wellesley)
1. At the intersection take a left onto Route 16W, then follow above directions from 2 - 5.

Mass Pike (Route 90):
East to West - Mass Pike West to Exit 15 (Routes 128/95/30)
1. After going through the toll booth proceed onto Route 95/128 South, follow the above directions for North to South.
West to East - Mass Pike East to Exit 14 (Route 95/128)
1. After going through the toll booth proceed onto Route 95/128 South, follow the above directions for North to South.
